How RICUSSO handles
the details you share.
This notice covers the RICUSSO website and contact form. It does not invent a legal company form or use your inquiry for an unrelated newsletter.
What we collect
The contact form can collect your name, work email, goal, business or project name, website, audience and geography, timing, whether you want help defining the scope, and your consent to review the inquiry.
Why we use it
Only to review the inquiry, reply, understand whether RICUSSO can help and prepare a relevant next step if you ask for one. We do not sell the data or add it to a newsletter.
Where it goes
Cloudflare protects and routes website traffic. RICUSSO runs the website and processes the contact-form request on infrastructure hosted by Contabo. SpaceMail delivers and stores the resulting message in the RICUSSO mailbox. The website does not load advertising tracking scripts.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the preference panel. Until then, RICUSSO stores only your choice in this browser and does not load the analytics script. If you allow it, GA4 records aggregated page activity to help improve the site; it is not used to create advertising profiles. Use “Privacy settings” in the footer whenever you want to change the choice.
Retention
An inquiry that does not become an active engagement is deleted from the working mailbox no later than 12 months after the conversation ends. Client records receive a separate retention rule when an active engagement begins.
